Where can I amend the css to correct the position of the first item..
The heading is next to the "Reset" box and should be below it - See attached image

You have only this problem on FF.
On the line 1085 your file :
/templates/as002061/css/bootstrap.css
Change
margin: 0px 0px 60px;
by
padding: 60px 0 0 0;
