Plugin in Custom HTML module

I have 3 sites running Joomla 2.5.19, PHP 5.3.26, MySQL 5.1.68, GMapFP 9.42, and GMapFP plugin 4.0.11. The component and plugin are enabled. I have places configured. All is working well except on two of the sites the plugin doesn't seem to work with a Custom HTML module. The plugin works in an article on those sites.

I've entered the following in a Custom HTML module on all three sites:

{gmapfp id="1" lmap="150" hmap="150" zmap="14" zzoom="2" map_sat="2" ech="2" map_earth="2" map_hyb="2" map_phy="2" more="2" itin="2" click_over="2"}

One displays the map, the other two just display the code as written.

Any suggestions on what may be the issue?
