Erreur 500 was created by bruno

Bonjour,

Dans le formulaire "créer un contact " sous gmapp, une fois celui-ci rempli, je reçois bien email de confirmation et il est bien ajouté dans les lieux.
Le problème est: une fois le formulaire envoyé sur le site "l'erreur 500" apparait.

Comment solutionner ceci.

Moi, je ne tombe pas sur une erreur 500, mais un page blanche !
