From MILES and ft to kilometer and meter

From MILES and ft to kilometer and meter was created by Gisle
How do I change from miles and ft to meters and kilometers when using route description? I have the pro version and have tried and change the parameter in Affichage (Distance unit) from Miles / Kilometers without succeed. Is it setup on Google map?
