How remove some fields in submit place form

I've been checking up in settings how to remove some fields in submit place form; however I couldn't find the way to do it. Would you pleaes tell me how to do that?
For instance, I want to drop the follwoing fields: standings, pictos and labels.

Is a joomla 2.5 and the Gmap is Version 9.27

setting are in item creation
but these fields are on version Pro !? who offer all possibilities for setting form.
