Problem with marker display

First of all i would like to congratulate you regarding the excellent job you have performed with this component.

I have installed it with success, i have uploaded a kml file in a public server, with nearly 4000 markers. The markers are shown correctly but when i click on a marker the popup baloon does not display something, can you provide me with instructions on how to solve this problem.

The kml file is ok, i load it also using directly the google maps API and when i click on a marker it displays the number of the marker
