URGENT: après update Joomla 3.2.3 date not formati a été créé par billi3

I know this was reported a few days ago per the above tittle but the answer was unclear.
i am having the same problem with the "Finish Publising Date" appearing like -1-11-30 10:00:00 and if you eorget to correct it into proper format it crashes and everything has to be redone.
