upload picture to user folder

is there a way to make the upload picture to add pictures only to that users folder so a user can only use his images.

All my members can add listings to the map but they can all see every picture uploaded when selecting an image for their listing. I would like them to only be able to upload to their folder and only use their own images.

Maybe something like the way jce does it /images/gmapfp/$id
