Form to manage places by users

But that's just the problem here. A user who make a change to a place, returns to the list of places en there he can't unlock it (the computer says that he is a different user as the user who has locked this place).

After the user has made his changes, its blocked by some else (I suppose the super user)
This is the message when the user try to unlock:

Error
Check-in failed with the following error: The user checking in does not match the user who checked out the item.

Do you have any idea what i have to change in the rights? The user is "author" of the place. I made him "Publisher" with rights on
Site login / access administration interface/ create and edit own. It seems that he can't publish without the authorization of the super-user?
Although there is no moderator chosen.

I am very glad with your extension, but i do not understand that a this very common task is such complicated or what i am doing wrong?

I'll try to explain.

Only one user open his list of own documents (places in gmapFP)

he choose one place
He can edit the document (place)
He make changes and choose save
He get a list of his places (again)
On the place he changed is a lock
If he try to unlock he has the error

So, nobody else has edit or saved this document. But still its locked???? In other words the changes are "moderated" even if i have no moderator put on the settings in gmap. I hope you could help me.
