postcode AFTER the city and state?

GMapFP lists the postal code BEFORE the city, but that is not how things work in North America. I noticed in adresse.php that there is a variable for placing the postal code before the city,

<?php if ($item->codepostal && $params->get('show_postcode',1) && $params->get('postcode_before_city',1)) : ?>

How can I set that variable to false? What I need to display is:

Street Address
City, State Zipcode
