Menu link giving 404 error

Hi, I've used your component in the past (sucessfully and donated) without any problems at all.

However, I've just installed it on a new site and it just will not link to the menu, none of the options give me any results, all I get are 404 errors, I'm surprised, can you advise what may be wrong?
